Greets & seats customers, answers phone, takeouts & online ordering, cleans menus & glass doors, checks bathrooms(soap, hand towels & garbage), merch sales and stocking. In downtime: bus tables & roll silverware.
Food Runner

Hourly rate + server tip out
Runs food, clearing/bussing tables, checks ketchup/S&P/hot sauce/cocktail/tartar/ranch, ensure table is happy & has all food before you walk away, assist with desserts, restock, clear & clean dessert & pickup areas.
